Today marks the 8th anniversary of the Britney Spears Media website. We celebrate this day with gratitude to everyone who supports us and loves our project.

We have reached about 422,000 unique visits during the year. Britney Spears Media now is:
– more than 1.5 TB media files including video and audio files for download
– an ever-growing photo gallery with 18,500 photos, most of which are published exclusively
– 3 administrators who work on the project and constant support from fans all over the world
– 7 design updates and we are working on a new and more user-friendly site structure

None of this would have been possible without the support we receive from so many people!

We will be sharing interesting and rare content from our personal collection in the near future, and we hope you enjoy it!

Hi guys. First of all, I would like to thank you for supporting me and the Britney Media project. It’s so important to know that all the work brings you joy and allows you to keep the legacy of our Queen Britney Spears.

Our work on the website is going slowly, but the content will be amazing. We are sharing with you a rare photo scan, shooting by Eddie Malluk in 1998. I’m not really good at photoshop, but I had to try after seeing this poster. I hope you enjoy.

For almost eight years, since the launch of this project, I have followed the main goal of the “Britney Spears Media” website – the maximum collection of content and various information regarding the intellectual creativity of Britney Spears. It can be difficult to make posts on your own, and due to lack of time, burnout and a one-sided view of the material, some time ago Alexey Edrennikov and later Anna Markina were connected to help me with this website. We lasted almost a year delighting everyone with cool and rares content, video files and scans of exclusive photos, various merchandise and commercials. The movie “Stages” was translated into Russian with the support of the largest fan community in the VK group. We planned with Alexey to release a photo book with a translation and a DVD with bonus material. Various other fan made products, such as our “Glory” CD, to pay for hosting costs (it’s paid) I don’t have any ads here, to buy tons of content for a website with Britney, which is not available anyway. The choice was made to invest in his new computer, I was so stupid.

Yes, I write with sadness, our paths with Alexey parted in the November and his gallery “All Eyes On Britney” ceased to be part of “Britney Spears Media” and was turned off at his request. Most of the open content was overloaded on img.britneyspearsmedia.ru to the appropriate sections.

Today we celebrate the 40th birthday of our talented, loving, kind-hearted, funny, purposeful, simply unique and now a FREE WOMAN – Britney Spears!
Freedom is the best thing in life, it is something that cannot be taken away. We all have our own happiness, some desire money and some desire glory but there is only one truth, everyone needs a family. As we all know, Britney wants to start her own family and she deserves to live her life the way she wants to! Career is not waiting you to come home. Money won’t wipe your tears and glory won’t embrace you at nights.

Britney was, is and always will be an ICON. And no one can take that away from her. No matter how often she tours or releases her albums.

She’s been through so much over the last 13 years, so she deserves all of the good things to get her through to complete wellness.

We would like to wish our QUEEN the happiest of birthdays! She deserves all the good things in the world to shower down around her, and we hope today she felt nothing but love, support, and pure joy on her special day.

Долгожданная победа Бритни! Теперь она официально может жить и принимать решения самостоятельно.
В минувшую пятницу суд Лос-Анджелеса официально прекратил консерваторство отца над Бритни Спирс, которое длилось с 2008 года. Он был отстранен еще 29 сентября, но только сейчас судьей был вынесен вердикт, от почти 14 летнего полного контроля над финансами, карьерой и личной жизнью. Только благодаря неравнодушным людям и большого намерения самой Бритни, она смогла выбраться и прекратить власть над ней.

“Суд постановил, что с сегодняшнего дня консерваторство над личностью и имуществом Бритни Джин Спирс больше не требуется”, – заявила судья Бренда Пенни. Судебное решение не встретило возражений. Согласно решению судьи, медицинское освидетельствование Бритни Спирс не требуется.

23 июня она выступила перед судом и откровенно заявила, что подвергалась жесткому насилию, принудительной работе и гастролям, а также приему сильнодействующих лекарств и что самое пугающее, ей не позволяли забеременеть и она также считает консерваторство “оскорбительным” и готова подать на свою семью в суд. На момент самого заседания, около здания собрались толпы поклонников Бритни Спирс и движения #FreeBritney. Сразу после оглашения вердикта поклонники выпустили конфетти и развесели пожелания Бритни на розовой рождественской елке. Забавный факт и история того, как хештег #FreeBritney был недооценен в начале пути и какой силой обладал. Движение за несколько лет, превратилось из небольшой группы поклонников в самый настоящий общенациональный протест.
